All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or Ground for New England orders.
We currently ship anywhere in the continental U.S. (Please note that some rural addresses may not be serviceable via Next Day Air.)
It is recommended, but not required, that someone be present when the lobsters arrive. We are not responsible for lobsters left unsigned for or unattended at your door.
All lobsters are packed & shipped in a reusable, insulated box, covered with wet newspaper and frozen reusable gel packs to keep them damp and cold during their trip.
Our insulated shipping boxes have compartments so the lobsters can't molest each other during shipping. |
Paper soaked in sea water is placed over the lobster. |
Ice packs are placed on top of the paper. |
The insulating lid is added, plastic liner closed and box sealed for delivery. |
All orders must be placed 2 days prior to the expected delivery date.
All orders are processed for Tuesday - Friday delivery. There is an additional $20.00 charge for Saturday deliveries.
No Holiday, Sunday, or Monday deliveries.
All orders are shipped with cooking instructions and suggestions for storing live lobsters.
